New Discovery- Comfiest chair in the LSU Union

Today I made a discovery: the stiff looking, dark purple chairs in the LSU Union are actually quite cozy.

Indeed, I would go so far as to say they are the most comfortable chairs in the Union. (Naturally, I have not had the time or the opportunity to sit on all of the chairs in the Union.)

Pros:
- Wide enough to allow for indian-style seating
- Narrow enough to provide support to your shins as you sit with your knees up and your feet tucked under you as you curl up with your iPad/book/Kindle etc.
- Moderate cushioning: not so hard, not too squishy
- Perfect height for working at the table
- Lovely U-shape lends an air of security. Once you get it up close to the table, there is no falling out.
- Not so tall that you cannot stand on the chair (in bare feet please, no shoes on the furniture!) and simply step out of the chair.

Cons:
- A bit heavy and hard to move
- Probably not so comfortable to sleep in. There is no real headrest, and one can't stretch out.

All in all, it's pretty clear that I'll be curled up on one of these chairs during my free-time in the Union, hopefully catching up on my life study of Philippians reading.

What are the characteristics of your favorite reading chair?
